Ownership and management

The International Journal of Management Science and Operations Research (IJMSOR) is owned by the University Foundation for Research, Technological Development and Innovation (IDITEK), Colombia, which is responsible for its institutional direction, sustainability, and academic development.

The journal is developed in collaboration with the Foundation for Research, Development and Innovation (I+D+I), which supports initiatives related to the production, strengthening, and dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Editorial management is carried out by IDITEK, which is responsible for the operational administration of the journal, coordination of the editorial process, and management of the publishing platform.

IJMSOR ensures full editorial independence in decision-making processes, which are the sole responsibility of the editorial team. Decisions regarding the acceptance, rejection, or revision of manuscripts are based exclusively on academic, scientific, and ethical criteria, without interference from institutional, financial, or external interests.

IDITEK holds the economic copyright of all articles published in the journal. Authors transfer these rights through a formal copyright agreement as a condition of publication, enabling the dissemination, preservation, and indexing of content in national and international academic systems.

The journal operates under an open access model aimed at maximizing the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scientific knowledge, ensuring immediate and permanent availability of published content.

IJMSOR is committed to transparency in its ownership structure, editorial management, and publication policies, in accordance with international standards of best practices in scholarly publishing.
