The International Journal of Management Science and Operations Research (IJMSOR) ensures the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its scientific content through the implementation of technological mechanisms and institutional strategies aligned with international digital archiving standards.
The journal’s platform is compatible with the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which enables distributed preservation through content replication across multiple storage nodes. This system ensures the long-term integrity of digital files through continuous validation across repositories, allowing restoration in case of data loss, corruption, or system failure.

In addition, IJMSOR participates in digital preservation networks that ensure redundancy and continuous availability of content, even in the event of interruptions in editorial services.
The journal guarantees the deposit and preservation of its content in the institutional repository of the Foundation for Research, Technological and Innovation – IDITEK University, ensuring long-term storage, visibility, and access to published documents. This repository supports interoperability through international protocols such as OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative – Protocol for Metadata Harvesting), allowing metadata harvesting by indexing systems and global academic networks.
Additionally, IJMSOR content may be disseminated through academic information systems such as Dialnet, enhancing visibility and accessibility within the international scientific ecosystem.
As an additional safeguard, the journal maintains institutional backup mechanisms. The publisher’s library preserves restricted copies of all published documents, ensuring their availability in case of technical failures, data loss, or discontinuation of the journal.
Furthermore, all articles published by IJMSOR are assigned persistent identifiers (DOIs), ensuring traceability, citability, and permanent access within the academic digital ecosystem.
Through this comprehensive preservation strategy, IJMSOR guarantees the long-term availability, integrity, and accessibility of its scientific output for the international academic community.
