If the research has not received external funding, authors must explicitly state: “This research did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors.”

Where applicable, authors must specify the role of the funding body in the study design, data collection and analysis, interpretation of results, and manuscript preparation. If the funding body had no involvement in these aspects, this must be clearly stated.

The funding statement must be consistent with the declaration of conflicts of interest and must not omit any relevant information that could influence the interpretation of the findings.

Preprints Policy

The International Journal of Management Science and Operations Research (IJMSOR) allows the submission of manuscripts that have been previously shared as preprints, provided that such documents have not undergone formal peer review in other journals.

Authors must explicitly declare, at the time of submission, whether the manuscript has been previously published as a preprint, indicating the repository where it is available and providing the corresponding link.

The existence of a preprint version is not considered prior publication and does not prevent the manuscript from being evaluated, as long as it meets the journal’s criteria for originality, scientific quality, and relevance.

Authors must ensure that the version submitted to IJMSOR is substantially equivalent to the preprint version or clearly indicate any modifications made.

Upon acceptance, authors are encouraged to update the preprint record to include the full reference of the published article in IJMSOR, along with the official DOI link.

Authors must ensure that the dissemination of the preprint does not infringe third-party rights or compromise the integrity of the peer review process.

IJMSOR reserves the right to assess the suitability of manuscripts originating from preprints in accordance with its editorial policies and scientific quality standards.
