Submission Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript to IJMSOR, authors must confirm that ALL the following conditions are fully satisfied:

 1. Manuscript Scope and Originality

  • The manuscript falls within the journal’s scope (Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Management Analytics, or related areas).
  • The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review in another journal.
  • The manuscript provides a clear scientific contribution (theoretical, empirical, or methodological).
  • The research problem, objectives, and contributions are explicitly defined.

 2. Authorship and Identification

  • All authors have made a significant scientific contribution.
  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • Each author has a valid ORCID identifier.
  • Full author affiliations are provided (institution, city, country).
  • A corresponding author is clearly identified with an institutional email.

 3. Manuscript Structure and Formatting

 The manuscript strictly follows the required structure:

  • Title (English and Spanish)
  • Abstract (structured)
  • Keywords (5–7 terms)
  • Introduction
  • Theoretical Framework / Literature Review
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • References

Additional requirements:

  • Sections are clearly titled and logically organized.
  • Tables and figures are numbered, titled, and referenced in the text.
  • Units, symbols, and terminology are standardized.

 4. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract is structured and includes:
    • Background
    • Objective
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • The abstract is written in English and Spanish.
  • Keywords are standardized and aligned with international indexing databases.

 5. Scientific Quality and Methodological Rigor

  • The methodology is clearly described and replicable.
  • Data sources and analytical methods are properly justified.
  • Results are presented clearly and supported by evidence.
  • Discussion links findings with existing literature.
  • Conclusions reflect the objectives and results of the study.

 6. References and Citations

  • All references follow APA 7th edition format.
  • DOIs are included for all references where available.
  • References are relevant, recent, and academically معتبر.
  • All in-text citations are included in the reference list and vice versa.

 7. Ethical Compliance

  • The manuscript complies with COPE guidelines.
  • No plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or duplicate publication is present.
  • All sources are properly cited.
  • Ethical approval is provided when applicable (human/animal research).
  • Conflicts of interest are explicitly declared.

 8. Data Transparency and Reproducibility

  • A Data Availability Statement is included.
  • Data, code, or materials are available when possible.
  • Limitations of the study are clearly stated.

 9. Funding and Acknowledgments

  • All funding sources are disclosed.
  • Grant numbers are included where applicable.
  • Acknowledgments are clearly stated.

 10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

  • The use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is declared.
  • AI tools have not been listed as authors.
  • Authors assume full responsibility for the content.

 11. Language and Style

  • The manuscript is written in clear, academic English or Spanish.
  • Grammar and spelling have been reviewed.
  • Technical terminology is consistent throughout the document.

 12. Final Submission Requirements

  • The manuscript file is complete and anonymized for peer review.
  • All supplementary files are included (if applicable).
  • Figures and tables are in high resolution.
  • The submission complies with journal formatting guidelines.
