Editorial Decision Workflow

The editorial process follows a structured workflow:

  1. Initial editorial screening (pre-check)
  2. Verification of originality and compliance
  3. Assignment of expert reviewers
  4. Double-blind peer review
  5. Evaluation of reviewer reports
  6. Editorial decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection)
  7. Publication under a continuous model

Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ reports and editorial policies.

Editorial Independence

IJMSOR ensures that all editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, quality, originality, and relevance, free from influence by publishers, sponsors, or external entities.

Conflict of Interest Management

All editorial members and reviewers must declare potential conflicts of interest. When a conflict is identified, an independent editor is assigned to ensure impartiality and transparency.

Endogamy Control

The journal enforces strict institutional and geographic diversity criteria to prevent concentration of authorship.

Authors affiliated with the publishing institution may not exceed 20% of total authors per annual volume, ensuring academic diversity, internationalization, and editorial integrity.
