The articles published in IJMSOR are the sole responsibility of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Editorial Board or the publishing institution.

IJMSOR respects the moral rights of authors, who retain recognition as the creators of their work. However, authors grant the journal the necessary economic rights for the editing, publication, reproduction, distribution, and dissemination of the content in academic indexing systems, through the corresponding copyright transfer agreement.

As part of the editorial process, authors are required to complete and sign the copyright transfer agreement, as well as the statement of originality, confirming that the manuscript is original and has not been previously published.

IJMSOR adheres to national and international regulations on intellectual property and copyright, particularly Article 58 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, Law 23 of 1982, and Law 1915 of 2018, as well as international best practices in scholarly publishing.

 

Licensing

All the contents of IJSMOR use the CC BY-NC-ND: This license allows reusers to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator. 

CC BY-NC-ND includes the following elements:
BY  – Credit must be given to the creator
NC  – Only noncommercial uses of the work are permitted
ND  – No derivatives or adaptations of the work are permitted
