Conceptual elements of innovation and management in classroom projects

Abstract

This paper investigates the fundamental con- cepts related to innovation and management in educational projects. A qualitative and mixed approach is used to exam- ine the available literature, emphasizing the relevance of innovation in education and its effective management. Vari- ous theoretical perspectives are analyzed and examples of successful projects are presented. Conclusions underline the need to foster innovation and improve management in class- room projects
